Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the payment cannot be verified. You will be refunded in full.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated, and gift card balances never expire.

Delivery estimates

Halloween Delivery Promise windows are good-faith estimates based on handling time, carrier transit and business days. Carrier delays outside our control do not entitle you to a shipping refund, though we will always try to make it right.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, reseller abuse or repeated chargebacks.

Safety

Costumes and props are novelty items. Follow flame, age and electrical guidance on the packaging. Animatronics are not toys and must be supervised around children and pets.

Content

Product photography, copy and the Midnight Hallow name are ours. Reviews you submit may be displayed publicly with your first name.
