Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or payment can't be verified. You'll be refunded in full to your original payment method via Stripe.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated otherwise.

Shipping and returns

Shipping speeds, costs and Halloween ordering cutoffs are set out in full in our Shipping policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery under the conditions described in our Returns & refund policy, including the hygiene and seasonal exceptions listed there.

Delivery estimates

The Halloween Delivery Promise shown on product pages and at checkout is a good-faith estimate based on supplier processing time, carrier transit time and US business days. Carrier delays outside our control don't automatically entitle you to a shipping refund, though we'll always work with you to make it right.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, reseller abuse, or repeated chargebacks.

Privacy and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number. Orders are fulfilled by our partner CJ Dropshipping, and transactional email is sent via Resend. See our Privacy policy for full details on data use and cookies.

Safety

Costumes and props are novelty items. Follow flame, age and electrical guidance printed on the packaging. Animatronics are not toys and must be supervised around children and pets.

Content

Product photography, copy and the Midnight Hallow name belong to us. Reviews you submit may be displayed publicly alongside your first name.
