The short version

Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.

Seasonal rule

Costumes and wearables delivered before Halloween and returned after November 1 are refunded as store credit rather than cash. This keeps prices honest for shoppers who keep what they buy.

Not returnable

• Cosmetics, prosthetics and adhesives once opened.
• Contact lenses and dental appliances.
• Final-sale clearance items marked as such at checkout.

Animatronics and electronics

Faulty animatronics are covered for one full season. We ship a replacement motor or unit and cover return freight.

How to start a return

Open your account order history, choose the order, and select Request return. Guests can start a return from the order tracking page using the order number and email.

Refund timing

Refunds post within 5 business days of the item arriving at our warehouse.
