What we collect

How we use it

To fulfil orders, provide support, send transactional email, and — when you opt in — share product drops and restock alerts. We do not sell personal data.

Analytics and pixels

We record first-party events for merchandising decisions. Third-party analytics and ad pixels only fire once their IDs are configured by the store owner.

Your rights

Email support to access, correct, export or delete your data. Deletion removes your account, addresses, wishlist and marketing records; order records are retained where required for tax purposes.

Security

Data is stored with row-level access control so shoppers can only read their own records. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
