Will my order arrive before Halloween?

Every product page shows a Halloween Delivery Promise based on its handling time and your chosen shipping speed. If standard shipping misses October 31, we show the cheapest upgrade that still makes it.

What are the Halloween ordering cutoffs?

Accepted Answer

Standard shipping cutoff is October 24. Express is October 28. Overnight orders placed before noon on October 30 arrive on the 31st.

How do costumes fit?

Costumes run true to size for adults and generous for kids. Every costume with sizing has a size guide dialog next to the size selector.

Are animatronics weatherproof?

All flagship animatronics have weather-resistant housings rated for outdoor use in dry to lightly wet conditions. Bring them in during heavy rain or freezing temperatures.

Can I return a costume after Halloween?

Unworn items with tags can be returned within 30 days. Items returned after November 1 are refunded as store credit.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Frequently through September and October. Use the notify button on any sold-out option and we'll email you the moment it returns.
