Speeds and costs

• Standard — 4–6 business days, $9.95, free over $75.
• Express — 2–3 business days, $19.95.
• Overnight — next business day, $34.95.

Handling time

Most items ship within 1–2 business days. Animatronics and oversized props can take up to 3 business days to leave the warehouse. Each product page shows its own handling time inside the Halloween Delivery Promise.

Halloween cutoffs

• Standard shipping: order by October 24.
• Express shipping: order by October 28.
• Overnight: order by noon ET on October 30.

Cutoffs assume in-stock items and a valid US address. Weekends and federal holidays are excluded from business-day counts.

Oversized items

Animatronics over six feet ship freight-assisted and require a signature. The carrier calls ahead to schedule delivery.

Lost or damaged shipments

Report damage within 72 hours of delivery with photos and we replace the item at no cost while stock lasts.
