Processing time

Every product has its own processing (handling) time before it ships — this is real supplier processing time, not a placeholder. You'll see the exact number of days on each product page inside the Halloween Delivery Promise, and it's factored into every delivery estimate you see at checkout.

Shipping speeds & costs

• Standard — 5 business days in transit, $7.95, free on orders over $100.00.
• Express — 2 business days in transit, $18.95.
• Overnight — next business day in transit, $34.95.

These are transit times only, counted in business days after your order ships — they start after processing time, not after you place the order. Weekends and the federal holidays we observe (New Year's Day, July 4th, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving weekend, and the Christmas/New Year's stretch) don't count as transit or processing days, so orders placed around those dates take a little longer to move.

Daily cutoff & weekends

Orders placed on a business day begin processing that day or the next business day, depending on the product's handling time — there is no same-day cutoff time for dispatch shown at checkout today. Orders placed on a weekend or an observed holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Halloween delivery cutoff

Every product page shows a live Halloween Delivery Promise that combines that item's processing time with your chosen shipping speed, so the safest way to know if you'll make it is to check the promise on the product itself. As a general guide this season:

• Standard shipping: order by October 24 for the best shot at Halloween delivery.
• Express shipping: order by October 28.
• Overnight shipping: order by October 30.

These dates assume the item is in stock and shipping to a US address. If you order after a cutoff, we'll always show you the fastest option that can still make it — or tell you honestly if nothing will arrive by October 31, so you're never guessing.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship to addresses within the United States only. We don't currently calculate or collect international duties, taxes, or customs fees because we don't ship outside the US yet.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, tracking becomes available on the order tracking page — enter your order number and email to see live carrier updates. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to start showing movement after a label is created.
